Stonehaven is pleased to announce that it has completed the registration process with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) as a Municipal Advisor in accordance with the new directives originating from the Dodd-Frank Act which have created this new category of market participant within the MSRB’s purview. Stonehaven’s registration with the MSRB as a Municipal Advisor allows for continued marketing to public pensions which may work with investment managers who are engaged with external capital raising agents.
