Thomas McCloskey of TKS Group, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform.             

We are excited to announce that Thomas McCloskey, Managing Partner and Founder of TKS Group, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Thomas McCloskey is the Managing Partner and Founder at TKS Group LLC.

TKS Group is New York City metro area based and is primarily focused on private placement and capital raise activities across a variety of direct and fund private debt & equity investment opportunities including real estate, biotech, fintech & TMT.

Mr. McCloskey is now an Affiliate Partner at Stonehaven conducting business activities as an investment banker & placement agent that connects investment capital and opportunities. Mr. McCloskey works individually and collaboratively to originate and execute for clients on the Stonehaven platform.

Prior to Stonehaven, Mr. McCloskey was registered with two New York boutique investment banking broker-dealers and another FinTech platform broker-dealer. Mr. McCloskey has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, including 17 years with Related Partners, 6 years with Tishman Realty & Construction, 6 years at Bovis Lend Lease, and others. He expanded his influence over the past 7 years building his own business (TKS Group) adding LP through GP participation in CRE Projects and other private investments. The business also handles referrals for business and real estate lending, subcontract trade business development, and insurance consulting.

Mr. McCloskey pursued graduate-level work at three major universities: NYU, Johns Hopkins & Union College. Mr. McCloskey earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Union College. 

Mr. McCloskey holds the SIE, Series 63 & 82 registrations with FINRA. He also is a Licensed & Certified Insurance Consultant.
