Tom Lesnick, CFA of Admiral Real Estate Advisors, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Tom Lesnick, Managing Partner of Admiral Real Estate Advisors, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Tom Lesnick is the Managing Partner at Admiral Real Estate Advisors LLC.

Admiral Real Estate Advisors LLC (“Admiral” or the “Company”) specializes in equipping real estate owners, operators, and developers with expert strategic guidance, preparation for institutional engagement, and access to institutional equity capital. Admiral’s services range from financial modelling and analysis to strategic advisory and equity capital formation. The Company’s approach seek to harnesses the power of its broad network of institutional investor relationships, ensuring it matches its clients with the ideal capital partners and solutions tailored to their unique needs. Admiral’s expertise spans a diverse range of property types, both traditional and niche, ensuring comprehensive support for every real estate venture.

As a seasoned corporate finance, real estate, and capital markets professional with nearly 15 years of investment banking and equity research experience, Mr. Lesnick is an expert in navigating complex transactions and guiding executives through pivotal strategic and investment decisions. His efforts have contributed to over $25 billion raised in institutional capital for a diverse real estate clientele, ranging from large public REITs to private, closely-held sponsors across all property types.

Before establishing Admiral Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Lesnick served as a Vice President in Truist’s Real Estate Corporate and Investment Banking group, focusing on REIT investment banking and private capital advisory. His prior roles include positions in investment banking and equity research at Baird, D.A. Davidson, and Capital One, where as a Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst he led coverage of Apartment, Industrial, Office, and Student Housing REITs. 

Mr. Lesnick is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.

Mr. Lesnick earned a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, graduating with Honors in Finance.

Mr. Lesnick currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two sons.

Mr. Lesnick holds series 7, 63, 79, 86 and 87 registrations with FINRA.
