We are excited to announce that Travis Hayes, Founder and Managing Partner of Hayes Securities LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner

Mr. Travis Hayes is the Founder & Managing Partner of Hayes Securities, LLC.

Hayes Securities is a sister company to Hayes Capital. Hayes Capital is a family-office-backed merchant banking platform focused on sourcing private market opportunities and structuring tailored capital markets solutions. The firm typically invests its own capital alongside its investor network, sponsors single-deal SPVs and often leads the capital raise, and acts as a co-GP on bespoke transactions with operators and independent sponsors.

In addition, Hayes Capital provides strategic guidance to funds and deal teams across sourcing, diligence, and capital stack structuring, including equity, preferred, mezzanine, and structured credit. Its core areas of focus include late-stage venture, independent sponsor buyouts and roll-ups, sports finance, and branded real estate and hospitality.

Prior to founding Hayes Capital, Mr. Hayes served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and a member of the steering committee at LiveCo, where he led multiple acquisitions and a transformative merger that positioned the company among the largest in its sector. Earlier in his career, he was a deal lead in M&A and growth strategy at Integrity Marketing Group, where he executed numerous transactions and helped establish the firm’s wealth management division.

He previously served as an associate at Base Capital Funding, where he played a key role in launching its direct private equity practice, and as a senior analyst at a multi-family office investment firm focused on growth equity. Mr. Hayes began his career in private equity and has consistently combined financial expertise with operational leadership to drive stakeholder value.

Mr. Hayes earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Hayes currently holds the SIE & Series 63 and 82 registrations with FINRA.
