We are excited to announce that Larry David Founder and Managing Member of The Praderia Group, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Larry David is a Founder & Managing Member of The Praderia Group.

The Praderia Group structures and executes customized financing solutions and advises clients on all aspects of private equity and debt transactions. Transactions for their clients address a broad range of needs, including refinancing, growth capital, buyouts, platform formation, liquidity enhancement, capital structure optimization, and project financing.

Mr. David is a skilled financial executive and problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges such as M&A/Divestitures, turnarounds, and implementing best practices. He has led successful turnarounds and completed 12 M&A transactions totaling approximately $3.5B in value, resulting in significant returns for shareholders with average MOICs ranging from 3.5 to 25 with an average of 3.75.

Mr. David has extensive experience in diverse industries such as oil & gas, energy, venture capital, manufacturing, and aerospace. He has formed partnerships with Tribal Governments and held various roles including founder, CFO, and project manager. His experience has equipped him with strong skills in managing complex projects and navigating challenges in fast growth, turnarounds, divestitures, and risk management.

Mr. David earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree magna cum laude, as well as his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance magna cum laude from The University of Tulsa.
