Joseph Maly, Managing Partner of JFM Capital Advisors, LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Mr. Joseph Maly has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as Managing Partner of JFM Capital Advisors, LLC.

Mr. Joe Maly is the founder and Managing Partner of JFM Capital, LLC.   

JFM Capital is dedicated to providing creative financing solutions and advisory services to companies in a variety of industries. The firm is especially well suited for raising debt and arranging credit facilities for companies in the energy, shipping, and industrial sectors.   

Mr. Maly has over 30 years of investment banking experience and was a founding member of the Investment Banking Group at Jefferies & Company. During his 18-year career at Jefferies, Mr. Maly specialized in raising debt and equity for his clients in conjunction with acquisitions, refinancing, buy-outs, recapitalizations, and restructurings.  The transactions ranged from $30 million to over $1 billion and included domestic and foreign-domiciled clients. Following Jefferies, Mr. Maly was a Managing Director at Global Hunter Securities and its successor company Seaport Global Securities.   

Mr. Maly received a BA degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.    

Mr. Maly currently splits his time between Northern California and New Orleans.  

Mr. Maly holds Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations with FINRA.
