We are excited to announce that Luca Matteoli, Managing Partner of Velaris Capital LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner
Mr. Luca Matteoli is the Managing Partner of Velaris Capital LLC, an independent investment banking boutique providing M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic advisory services, with a focus on the Food & Agriculture and Clean Energy sectors.
Mr. Matteoli brings international investment banking and corporate finance experience developed across the U.S. and Europe, having advised clients globally in the Food & Agriculture and Natural Resources sectors.
Mr. Matteoli holds an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam School of Management with a concentration in Finance and a BSc in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli.
Mr. Matteoli is registered with FINRA and holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses.
