We are excited to announce that Derek James Carroll, Managing Director and Principal, of High Peaks Capital Securities, LLC has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Derek Carroll is the Managing Director and Principal at High Peaks Capital Securities, LLC.

High Peaks Capital Securities is a boutique investment bank and placement agent that focuses exclusively on raising debt and equity for private real estate opportunities. High Peaks Capital Securities offer qualified investors, family offices, and institutions compelling, risk-adjusted, private real estate investment opportunities. High Peaks Capital Securities also arrange commercial real estate debt and equity on behalf of visible sponsors nationwide.

Mr. Carroll has over a decade of experience in real estate capital markets, where he has worked on collective deals exceeding $1B in value. He arranges joint venture, preferred, CO-GP, and LP equity structures for real estate transactions. Debt structures include bridges, mezzanines, and participating mortgages. Mr. Carroll also helps real estate funds with LP equity placements.  

Mr. Carroll holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Prior to starting his own firm Mr. Carroll was an award-winning producer with NorthMarq Capital
