Mr. Benjamin Mandel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vantage Park Capital, an independent global private capital advisory boutique based in the United States, with a strong focus on global markets and private investing.

Mr. Mandel advises private market sponsors and operating companies on investor relations, capital raising, and strategic transaction support. He executes confidential, mandate-based engagements for institutional investors and family offices. His experience spans private equity placements and real asset investments, including real estate, private credit, energy, and infrastructure, with involvement across investor outreach, diligence coordination, and execution support for both U.S. and cross-border private market transactions.

Mr. Mandel holds Series 7 and Series 63 registrations with FINRA.
