We are excited to announce that Max Douwes, CEO of Sterling Ridge & Company, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Max Douwes is the CEO of Sterling Ridge & Company and focuses on advising sponsors, executives, companies, and entrepreneurs on the structuring and financing of acquisitions, projects and advises on selling assets, with a principal focus on healthcare, infrastructure, and related sectors.

Sterling Ridge & Company is a boutique investment banking firm which advises sponsors, executives, companies, and entrepreneurs. Our suite spans mergers and acquisitions, the financing of acquisitions and strategic projects, and the structuring and placement of debt and equity capital.

Mr. Douwes played a role in a major infrastructure rollout in Morocco, where he negotiated directly with local government authorities. During this time, he worked with and was mentored by prominent figures in finance and banking. These experiences ultimately shaped his vision for Sterling Ridge & Company, which he founded with the mission of bringing back the old-school grit of investment banking, serving clients with a sharp, execution-focused approach.
